FPX, LLC is searching for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team. You will be sourcing and qualifying highly technical, specialized professionals from external sources. You will be a strategic sourcing partner developing innovative sourcing programs using technology and methodologies to source and acquire talent (i.e. internet sourcing, networking, cold calling, company database sourcing and leveraging social media). You will consult with hiring managers and build rapport with candidates in order to source, screen and select both active and passive candidates.
Description of Role
The Technical Recruiter will be passionate about the success of FPX and will work closely with hiring managers and HR to develop job descriptions and job postings to drive the hiring process. The Technical Recruiter will have a base level understanding of FPX products and services such that identifying current and future hiring needs becomes natural. Success in the role is the continuous pipeline of candidates for both open positions and positions that will foster growth.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of highly technical recruiting experience
- Demonstrated success developing and executing sourcing strategies for highly technical positions
- Demonstrated proficiency with various search techniques on the Internet and other out of the box techniques
- Knowledge of the labor market
- Ability to screen technical skills for skill positions (i.e. Java, Angular, Azure, DevOps, Micro Services)
- Ability to write job descriptions and job postings
- Understanding of SaaS model
