Since its introduction in 2004, FPX CPQ OnDemand™ has gone from supporting hundreds of users to now supporting thousands of users and with more users being added each month. Despite this tremendous growth, the application has and will continue to scale easily due to our hosting architecture.

CPQ OnDemand was required to pass rigorous performance testing by one of FPX’s large clients and successfully met the general standard of 5 seconds or less response time as an acceptable user experience.

CPQ OnDemand is load balanced, failover-tested and always available. The components that make up CPQ OnDemand are spread across many servers so that if one server fails, another server can continue to provide service. The servers are continually monitored to ensure constant uptime and a high-level of performance.
