Overview

We are looking for experienced Project Mangers to lead FPX OnDemand CPQ technical solution implementations, utilizing project management skills of planning, communication, presentation, cost management and time management to successfully implement the customer's solution.

The FPX Project Manager is responsible for overseeing successful implementations, establishing and managing project schedules, assigning and tracking project tasks as well as providing weekly status updates. Daily activities will include creating and managing implementation project plans and schedules, coordinating tasks across teams, and leading customer meetings to ensure a quality implementation is delivered on time and on budget.

Responsibilities include:

• Work with sales team, creating Statement of Work (SOW) and System Requirement Specification (SRS)
• Develop project plans, manage deadlines and coordinate project team activities
• Work directly with client, acting as a liaison between customers and company
• Conduct project meetings and responsible for deliverables
• Define and agree on deliverables and milestones
• Set and control scope
• Communicate status to client management and stakeholders
• Risk management
• Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality and client goals
• Oversee data configuration
• Prepare weekly status reports including estimate to complete, project budget
• Successfully deliver customer solutions; on time, within budget
• Engage in solution testing to ensure quality
• Possess general understanding of SalesForce.com

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering is required
• 5+ years computer software or IT industry experience, including software development, support or consulting
• Project management experience is essential
• Experience with Java, SQL, JavaScript or other scripting languages highly desirable
• Excellent problem solving, research and analysis, technical and leadership skills
• Effective communications, interpersonal, presentation and planning skills
• Some travel is required (approx 25%)
